  • conduct brand audit interviews and brainstorms with a variety of influencers
  • include key stakeholders deeply involved with TVTAP’s program alongside community members with only a slight understanding of their function
  • uncover misconceptions about TVTAP’s role in the community, find out what the organization is doing well, and generate new ideas about how to serve the region
